Autumn Leaves

Scrapbooking really went well I think! We had our meeting last night and we took scrapbooking to several levels! Some people only made the card that I'm showing this morning, a few made layouts to finish at home, and one brought her pictures and completed two pages!! I guess that is typical! This card is the technique I taught them, stamping with stazon on vellum, turning over and coloring it with markers and then making the ring with two sizes of punches. The rings are with gold metallic paper although it doesn't show well in this scan. The leaves are from the new Autumn Harvest stamp set and mounted on vanilla, then crimped More Mustard and finally all on River Rock. The Autumn is from Season by Season set that I think is very useful for scrapbooking! I must say the card is much prettier in real life. My scrapbook page has this strip as a border and is quite attractive. Stop by again.

This is one of the more gorgeous cards I've ever made for autumn. I could not help but to mirror similar colors and the same technique to my scrapbook pages! Similar shimmer cardstock and snowflake stamps will make a similar but unique use of the same idea for Christmas or winter.

I can't wait to see everyone's finished pages next month!

This is one of the more gorgeous cards I've ever made for autumn. Thank you! I could not help but to mirror similar colors and the same technique to my scrapbook pages! Likewise, the other SU shimmer cardstock and snowflake stamps will make a similar but unique use of the same idea for Christmas or winter!
